The product is 15, 20 or 25 one on one educational sessions via screen share. These sessions are up to 1 hour long.During parts of the training the sessions may only be 15 minutes long, it just depends on what we are covering Some sessions may be longer or shorter depending on many factors.

After the sessions have been completed,  Phone, Email, Chat & Text messages are available in a support capacity. Depending on the package support may last from 12 moths to 3 years,

In the client portal, there is access to all materials  which is intellectual property and has taken 10 plus years of hard work. Once you access the client portal, refunds are not available as you would have seen & had the opportunity to  record or screenshot  the material.
